ATTACKING ENERGY

Hi guys

A mental model that helps me a lot in life is “DO MORE, THINK LESS”

ATTACK MORE

This is the best mindset in my opinion

Because it forces you to be positive and look at the next move instead of regretting the past and wishing you had done things differently

Too many people are slow and passive

This is defensive energy and nothing good comes from that

Confidence and conviction = attacking energy

Day dreaming and Over-analysing = defensive energy

Always focus on the next move you can make no matter how bad your current position is

You have 1 go at this life and the worst thing that can happen to you is waking up in 40 years wishing you had gone harder

This is the only thing you can truly regret

“Not going hard enough”

I have spent a lot of time thinking about this concept before and the only regret I can possibly ever think of is that

I didn’t go hard enough.

That’s the only thing. Which tells me the only thing I need to focus on is DOING MORE and attacking more
