🚨 HOW TO BECOME SO INTELLIGENT !!️

Boys,

One of the reasons why I’ve found a lot of success in life

And one of the reasons why I’ve become so intelligent

Is because I’m good at spotting patterns

(Right)

So the reason why I know depression is all bullshit

And the reason why I know how quickly you can fix your life

And the reason why I’m very good at understanding how the mind works,

Is because I analyze the different states of my mind

And I notice when I feel the strongest

And when I feel the best

And when I feel this,

And when I feel that

So there’s times of my life when I feel not good

And they’re always because of the simplest reasons

Because my room isn’t tighty

Because I’ve not eaten

Because I’m not hydrated

(Right?)

Something so small and simple

I need to have a haircut,

My clothes are dirty—I need to have some new clothes instead

It’s the smallest things

Even just now

I felt good

But I didn’t feel amazing

So I just tightened my room

And now I feel amazing

It’s always the smallest things

That’s why I don’t panic when I feel bad

I don’t sit there and think

“I feel bad”

I’m happy that I feel bad because It’s a sign that my fucking body working

It’s a sign that my brain is still working

God created us this way

So that we feel bad WHEN THINGS ARE ACTUALLY BAD

So here’s what you need to do:

It’s like…

You know when you touch something that’s really really hot

Why do you move your hand?

You move your hand because it’s hot

God gave us five senses and one of those senses is touch

Feeling

(Right)

So when something is really cold, we move our hand

And when something is really hot, we move our hand

(Right)

And when something feels really really horrible, we move our hand

When something feels really slimy and weird, we’ll also move our hand

That’s how the universe works

(Right?)

If something is like, really extreme—we’ll be like “wtf”

If we hear a really loud noise, we’ll cover our ears

It’s the same thing

So God created us in this way

So we can return to… I guess you can call it homeostasis

(I’m pretty sure that’s a biological word. I learned that shit in biology.)

But anyway

You get my point

We’re made this way for a reason

So when you’re feeling bad, don’t sit there and cry,

Whenever I feel bad about myself, I sit there and think to myself:

“Ahhh what’s wrong now”

And then there will be something always wrong

Because your brain

Your subconscious brain is way smarter than your conscious brain

And I even have goosebumps as I’m typing this because

Everything that I say is so so true

And I know that I’m correct and I hope that a lot of you will just listen

Your subconscious brain is smarter than your conscious brain

I was feeling a little bit off about 5-10 minutes ago,

Because my room wasn’t tighty

But I couldn’t quite work out for a second why

Because I wasn’t really consciously thinking about the issue

Because it wasn’t really an issue

I wasn’t really thinking about this

But then I was like yeah,

“Why is that there?

Why is this here?

Why is my room messy?”

And then I clean my room up

AND NOW I FEEL ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE

WHY?

Because I tightened my room

My brain was telling me “Something’s wrong Hassan”

Something is wrong

But it wasn’t loud enough

My brain wasn’t telling my fucking soul LOUD enough:

“Hassan, there’s a problem”

Because it wasn’t really a problem

It was only a small bit of a mess

And now it’s fixed

And now I feel AMAZING

(Right?)

But if it was a REALLY BIG PROBLEM

Like I’m about to fall off a cliff,

My brain and body and soul would very quickly be like “Hassan, move move!”

“GET AWAY FROM THE FUCKING CLIFF EDGE”

(Right?)

Because it’s an imminent problem

It’s urgent

Do you see what I’m saying?

You just have to listen to yourself

Listen to yourself

Listen to how you feel

Listen to how you feel good

Listen to how you feel bad

When you feel good, what do you notice?

You notice,

That you’re spending time with other people who are similar to yourself

When you feel bad, you’re spending your time with energy vampires

(Right?)

So cut them off

Every time you smoke marihuana, you become paranoid

SO CUT IT OUT

Every time you drink, you spend the entire next day being hungover

SO CUT IT OUT

OR LIMIT IT

OR CUT IT OUT UNTIL YOU’RE A MILLIONAIRE

JUST CUT IT OUT

“Yeah Hassan, but I like alcohol”

Do you like being broke?

Drinking

Or would you rather be rich?

What would you rather?

Would you rather be broke, like how you’re currently doing now, not happy with your current life

Would you rather stay drinking from time to time as a broke boy

Or would you rather get rich and then do what you want

Think about it

Stop being a fucking idiot
