Biggest Business Mistakes

One of the biggest mistakes guys make in business is overly focusing on things like

The logo

Setting up different bank accounts and all these kinds of things

THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IS

Focus ALL your TIME & ENERGY

ESPECIALLY at the beginning

On things like:

Traffic

Things like the product

Things like SALES

Because at the end of the day if you don’t make sales

You’re not gonna make money

Doesn’t matter how much you focus on the website and logos and all these things

That’s only part of the business

If you overly focus on those things you’re never gonna make any money

You want to focus on the most important things

THAT’S how you make CASH

SALES & THE PRODUCT

As long as the product is good

Then just sales and marketing

Selling, selling, selling, selling, selling

And then obviously you need some marketing skill to get the leads

To be able to sell to them

But it’s all just about

Have a product

And then just sell to people who would be interested in that product

That is literally the whole of business

The only reason why you hire everybody else is to help you sell said product

And help you fulfill the demand of said product

And help you deal with customer support issues and all these different other things

But the main main fucking reason, why you want to hire more people in business is just to help you make more sales

Everything is about more sales

If you have a business

The goal is to sell MORE of that business

Look at Apple

Sure—Apple designs new laptops and phones and all these things and they have crazy big business

They have lots of problems that come up

But the MAIN fucking goal they have is how can we sell more of these phones

How can we sell more of these laptops

How can we increase our prices

How can we do this, how can we do that

The name of the game is just to make more and MORE money

And then you guys overcomplicate it by focusing on the website

Focusing on the logo and all this other bullshit

“Like Hassan do I need a business partner, Hassan do I need this and that?”

JUST PUT YOUR FOOT IN THE GAME of business

Put your foot in the arena

JUST TAKE THAT FIRST STEP
