One of my favorite laws of the whole book is the ‘Hotel Room Principle’.

This is a rule that hotels follow and use.

Let me explain…

Let’s say you are the owner of a hotel and your hotel has 10 rooms.

Now obviously if that hotel is empty you’ll make 0 money.

But unless every single room is booked then you’re always LOSING out on potential money for that day.

If a room is left ‘empty’.

That money is lost FOREVER.

Make sense?

Imagine your hotel is 80% full. 8/10 rooms are taken.

It’s better to sell the two empty rooms at a discounted price and at least collect SOME money…

Than to just leave the room empty and make NO money.

‘There’s no such thing as tomorrow’

My favorite bit about this law is how it translates to money in general.

You need to start viewing yourself as the ‘hotel’.

Every single day you don’t make money is MONEY lost.

GONE FOREVER

Alex Hormozi describes this best

One of his quotes is:

“It’s costing you $950,000 a year for not knowing how to make $ 1 million”

$950,000 is based on the assumption you are making $50,000 a year.

A lot of you reading this it may be costing you EVEN MORE.

Think about how much you make in a year.

Then subtract this number from $1,000,000

This is how much you’re costing yourself EVERY YEAR.

Every day you don’t make money is COSTING you.

The richest men on the planet all understand this.
