How to stay disciplined - part 2

Listen to this advice boys I’m always saying this:

If you’re trying too hard to stay disciplined with your own mind…

You’re always going to fail if you do this

It’s easy progress and easy to lose track of things.

It's easy to revert to old, incorrect habits.

Whereas if you are surrounded by people who also want to win you cannot afford to make those mistakes.

You need to outsource your discipline to your environment.

Let's say you're living with two other guys and they’re light-minded.

They're the same as you and all three of you want to be rich.

You all want to be millionaires

Well if you are in bed

Past a certain time

Let’s say when you guys go gym normally.

The other two guys in the house will wake you they fuck up.

“What are you doing?

It's gym time”

In that moment do you think you're gonna reply like

“Nah nah. Fuck that.

I don't want to go gym.

It's not for me today”

or are you just gonna get out of bed and go to the gym?

You see?

OUTSOURCED DISCIPLINE.

Here’s another example:

Let's say one day you see one of your boys sitting there on the sofa

And he's not working.

He's just sat there on his phone watching Instagram reels.

If you go over to him like

“Yo

What's going on?

What are you doing?”

The person watching reels will STOP.

“Yeah, you're right.”

“I just got sidetracked for a second”

Then he’ll get instantly back to work.

The point is that it’s so easy to stay disciplined when people are holding you accountable

Even if you don’t have much going for you right now

You are going to FIX YOURSELF QUICKLY.

You're going to be held to a standard because everyone in there is pushing their hardest to become the best version of themselves

If you're surrounded by people all pushing themselves to be the best.

You're going to start becoming better and better.

It’s that simple.
